On the southern coast of Alabama, just a short ways east of New Orleans, is the great little town of OrangeBeach. For couples wanting to spend some time out in the sun, this is one spot to consider. The beaches here are clean and beautiful and there are plenty of excellent hotels, from luxury spas to the more affordable. Take a trip out on a charter boat to get in some time fishing or diving off the GulfCoast. See some nearby historic sites, take in a round of golf at one of their championship courses or hike along the many wildlife trails. OrangeBeach provides the best of a balance between the convenience of a city and the peace and quiet of a remote vacation destination. Has anyone visited OrangeBeach before? How would you compare it to other beach resort villages?
